JSM Arabians is a small breeding program, dedicated to preserving horses descending from traditional Crabbet sources, as well as producing and promoting classic "type" Arabian horse, with versatile conformation and family oriented disposition. We produce only one or two foals a year. Our chosen "cross" is that of *Witez II (through his son Nitez) with Raktha (through his son *Rithan) on the mare line of Reisinde (Indrage x Koreish). It is a cross that has been quite successful in the past producing such horses as US TT & National Champion Native Costume Horse, Thunderbird Sindi+ and US TT Cutting Horse Jeasinde. It is a cross that produces very correct conformation and excellent dispositions, as well as beautiful athletic horses! JSM is a Charter member of the Eastern Crabbet Arabian Horse Society (ECAHS) and also a member of the Pennsylvania Arabian Horse Association (PAHA), one of the largest Arabian Associations in the US.

After breeding only partbred Arabians for a number of years, JSM Sindar was the first Purebred Arabian that we bred. He is not a big horse at 14.1 hands, but he is a classic Arabian in every sense. He is the spitting image of his grandsire Nitez, only in grey. He was started under saddle as a three year old and showed promise as a pony hunter. He has not been shown though. He is extremely intelligent and has a terrific disposition. He is currently being handled and ridden exclusively by women and small children. He also happily shares his pasture with a gelding. I have hopes that someday, he will provide me with several daughters, as I feel that if given the opportunity, he has the potential to become a good broodmare sire, in the tradition of his grandsire Nitez.
